I cannot pair my
device using
Bluetooth.
Are you pressing the Light button long enough?

There is no sound
coming out of the
speaker.
Make sure nothing is connected to the external input terminal

or any obstructions between the device and the speaker.
Move the product away from the microwave oven, wireless
LAN device, etc. Make sure there are no obstructions
between the device and the speaker, and that they are
placed within a distance of 32.8 feet (10 m).
Check that the AC adapter is not connected to the same
outlet where a microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, or other
device equipped with a motor is connected.
Connect the AC adapter to an outlet where no microwave
oven, toaster, refrigerator, or other device equipped with a
motor is connected.
