The power does not turn 

on.

 

Is the power plug fully inserted in the outlet? 

 

Is the kettle placed correctly on the power base?

 

Automatic OFF function is in use.

 Remove the kettle from the power base to cool, then try 

again.

The kettle is boiling over.

 

Have you filled water exceeding the maximum amount 

(0.6 L)?

 Water amount should not exceed 0.6 L.

 

Have you filled the kettle with something other than water?

 Do not pour any liquid into the kettle other than water.

The power does not turn 

off even after the water has 

boiled.

 

Is the lid firmly closed?

 Automatic OFF function does not work when the lid is not 

closed tightly. Close the lid tightly when boiling water.

Water drops are observed 

on the power base.

 While boiling, steam may leak from the switch area and 

cause condensation. This is not a defect. 

The power supply base 

floods with water.

 

Have you filled water exceeding the maximum amount 

(0.6 L)?

 Water amount should not exceed 0.6 L.

The appliance is hot.

 This is normal. The appliance reaches very high 

temperatures. Do not touch any parts of the appliance 

other than the handle while it is hot.
