An application ID allows only values under which an application is actually stored in the
BVS Cockpit.
The Application ID Null is not allowed since multiple applications can be given this ID. The
application can only be changed if it is stopped (see “6.3.13 Stop application” on page 36).
Following this message, the camera returns an acknowledgment to the client.
