4.1.1 Fastening via the installation holes
1. Clean the base for the slide rail.
2. Drill thread holes in accordance with the hole matrix.
3. Slightly tighten the slide rail and align it.
4. Slide test: Check whether the slide smoothly glides
over the entire slide rail.
5. Tighten the M4 screws (torque for M4x12-8.8 cylinder
screw max 2.5 Nm acc. to DIN 912).
6.
Repeat the slide test.
4.1.2 Fastening via lugs
1. Clean the base for the slide rail.
2. Determine the position of the slide rail and insert lug
pairs on both sides in the groove. Note the maximum
distance between the lugs!
3. Drill the required thread holes.
4. Slightly tighten the lugs and align the slide rail.
5. Slide test: Check whether the slide smoothly glides
over the entire slide rail.
6. Tighten the M4 screws (torque for M4x12-8.8 cylinder
screw max 2.5 Nm acc. to DIN 912).
7. Repeat the slide test.

4.1.3 Lining up several slide rails
1. Clean the base for the slide rails.
2. Place the slide rails with the front ends together.
3. Position the BML-Z0010 installation aid (accessory)
over the joint and align both slide rails.
4. Slide test: Check whether the slide smoothly glides
over the entire slide rail.
5. Fasten the slide rails using the mounting holes or lugs.
6.
Repeat the slide test.
