Install the Support Legs

 on the bottom of the 

Bottom Panel

 using 2 Screws

Insert Cam Bolts

 into the indicated holes in the 

Bottom Face Frame

 in the 2nd and 4th holes on the 

edge of the Bottom Panel

Insert the Cam Bolts

 previously installed in the 

Bottom Face Frame

 into the corresponding 

holes in the edge of the Bottom Panel as shown. 
Secure by inserting a Cam Nut

 into each of the 

adjoining holes in the underside of the Bottom 
Shelf. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to turn the 
Cam Nuts clockwise to secure the Cam Bolts.
