5. Inserting the battery

To open the battery compartment, turn the battery compartment cover
anticlockwise .

Insert one AA/UM3 type battery. Observe the correct polarity (this is
indicated in the battery compartment)!

Close the battery compartment.
For the best performance, we recommend using alkaline batteries.
The battery is not included amongst the items supplied.
6. Changing the blade attachment

Select a blade attachment.
➩
Place the blade attachment onto the hand unit, offset at an angle of about
45° to the right.
➩
Turn the blade attachment clockwise to secure it.
➩
Turn the blade attachment anticlockwise to release and remove it.
7. Removing nasal and ear hair
➩
Attach the blade attachment for nose/ear hair as described in section 6.
➩
Make sure that the blade attachment is correctly fastened before using the
appliance.
➩
Only then switch the hand unit on, using the on-off switch (switch to
position 1).
➩
Carefully insert the tip of the blade attachment into the nostril / ear.
The rotating blades remove your hair painlessly.
➩
Switch off the appliance after use (switch to position "0").
