4. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
4.1. INTRODUCTION
This chapter will describe how to prepare the Jelly Satellite Power Twin for operation.
4.2. UNPACKING
Open the crate using a screwdriver.
The packaging is suitable for re-use.
4.3. INSTALLATION

Place a container of jelly (at room temperature) in the machine, see chapter 5.2.
Changing/replenishing the container.

Connect the Jelly Satellite Power Twin to the electricity supply.

When the machine is switched on for the first time, a number of settings have to be made
to ensure that the software works properly. The settings that have to be made one after the
other are:
• Setting the desired language
• Setting the temperature unit
• Setting the pressure unit (this is not present in all machines)
• Set the date and time
• Set stand-by (yes or no) (see fig. 5.18)
The following are the various screens that appear during the installation of the machine.
