AIR SUPPLY & VENTILATION (CANOPY STYLE HOOD)
For improved exhausting of heat,
ventilation hood (supplied by customer)
should extend at least 4” beyond
arched opening in the front.
NOTE:
Minimum clearance may be reduced when using UL listed hood
assemblies and installed in accordance with the terms of the listing
and the manufacturer instructions. Consult NFPA standard number 96
and local codes concerning ventilation requirements and fire
extinguishing system requirements.
