Expert inspection is required, do not make any adjustment by yourself, must contact to customer
Service centre:
a) if the lawn mower strikes an object.
b) if the motor stops suddenly
c) if the blade is bent (do not align!)
d) if the motor shaft is bent (do not align!)
e) If the gears are damaged.
f) Use only manufacturer’s recommended replacement parts and accessories.
The mower
cuts the grass
unevenly.
The mower
does not mulch
properly.
1. The lawn is rough or
uneven.
1. Wet grass clippings are
sticking to the underside of
the deck.
2. The mulching insert is
missing.
1. Wait until the grass dries
before mowing.
2. Install the mulching insert.
2. The cutting height is not
set properly.
1. Check the mowing area.
2. Change the cutting height.

The mower
does not start.
1. The battery packs are not
sufficiently charged.
1. Charge the battery packs.
2. The mower deck is clogged
with grass and debris.
2. Remove battery packs;
clean the mower deck
and make certain that
the blade has freedom of
movement.
3. One or both battery packs
are not properly attached.
3. Open the battery
compartment cover and
make sure that both
battery packs are properly
attached.
4. Damaged or faulty battery
pack(s).
4. Replace battery pack(s).
5. Only one battery pack is
inserted.
5. Two battery packs are
required to operate the
mower.
