Add Acorn Nut and tighten
against Lock-Nut.

8” Eye Bolt

Tighten Lock-Nut
until three (3) threads
are exposed.

Use a screwdriver to hold Eye Bolt

in place when tightening Lock-Nut and Acorn-Nut.

Use a wrench to tighten

all Lock-Nuts and Acorn-Nuts.
