Step 1: Locate Part A and Part B. Connect Part B to Part A by
inserting end of Part B onto swedge end of Part A aligning holes as
shown in (Diagram 1). Place a 13mm washer onto Part S (2 ¾”
Bolt) and insert through both Part A & B (Box 1), Place a second 13
mm washer onto bolt and then a 13 mm lock nut (Box 2). Tighten
with the open ended wrenches (Part AA)

Step 2: Locate Part D. Connect to Part B by placing Part B between the
metal flanges of Part D, and align the holes of the flanges with the hole
about halfway along Part B as shown in (Diagram 2). Place a 16 mm
washer onto Part R (3 ½” double threaded bolt) and insert through metal
flange of Part D through part B, and the second metal flange of Part D.
Place another 16 mm washer on exposed end of bolt, and then an acorn
nut. (Box 4) Tighten with the two open ended wrenches. (Part AA) (DO
NOT TRY TO OVERTIGHTEN – THE CONNECTION OF LEG TO UPRIGHT AT
THE FLANGE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO PIVOT)

Step 3: Place bottom end of Part C over the swedge end of Part B as
shown in Box 5. Align holes of Part B and C and insert Part S (2 ¾” bolt
with 13 mm washer) through hole until bolt shows through opposite
side of Part C as shown in Box 6. Place second 13 mm washer onto end
of bolt then the 13 mm lock nut. Tighten securely using the open
ended wrenches (Parts AA) as in Box 7.

Note: The connection of Part D
with B will still be loose after
tightening acorn nuts allowing
Part D (the leg) to swivel slightly.
