PLAY PEN WARNINGS:
WARNING:
Failure to follow these warnings and the
instructions could result in serious injury or death.
• This product is intended for use with children from 6 to 24
months of age.
• Discontinue use of the product when child can climb out or
child can move/lift the play pen or has reached the height
of 35 in. (890 mm) or weight of 30 lbs. (13.6 kgs), whichever
comes first.
• NEVER leave child unattended. Always keep child in view
while in product.
• ALWAYS assemble and use play pen as directed using all
required parts.
• Children have died or been seriously injured when play
pens are not securely installed.
• Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add a pillow or
comforter. Never place padding under an infant.
• NEVER use to keep child away from pool.
• Discontinue use of the play pen when child can move the
play pen unassisted.
• Never use near stairs, stoves or ovens, heaters, fireplaces,
swimming pools, or other dangerous areas.
• To avoid tip over, place product on a flat, level surface.
• NEVER lift this product with your child in it.
• NEVER place product on counter tops, tables, or any other
elevated surface.
• ONLY place product on a flat surface.
• DO NOT place on a blanket, quilt or comforter.
• Keep panel joints and suction cups away from children
during assembly and when not in use. Without Panel Joints
and suction cup feet, child can push out and escape.
• Do not lean on the play pen panels.
• To avoid any deformation, please do not put the
product near fire, a heater or hot water.
• Remove objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
• Do not hang the ropes, toys, blankets, or other items to play
pen side panels.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a
string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or
pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a play pen or
attach strings to toys.
• DO NOT place play pen near window where cords from
blinds or drapes may strangle a child.
• ALWAYS ensure that the product is safe by checking
regularly, before placing the child in it, that every part is
properly and securely in place.
• Be sure sides are in the locked position whenever child is in
product.
• Child can become entrapped and die when improvised
netting or covers are placed on top of a playpen. Never add
such items to confine child in playpen.

this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts
or sharp edges. DO NOT use play pen if any parts are missing,
damaged or broken. Discontinue the use of the play pen if it
becomes damaged, broken, or disassembled.
