Snap seat to frame.

Attach bottom part of seat
to footplate with the Velcro.

Wrap bottom straps around
frame, thread strap through
D-ring and secure.

Attach seat anchor straps
to rear frame uprights.

Snap safety strap to frame.

Snap center seat anchor
straps to each other.
