Massage the nipples to ensure the milk ducts are clear. Start
pumping from the lowest level and allow some time for response.
Please recheck if all components are correctly installed. Take note
on the T-joint flange, diaphragm, valve and tube etc. are connected
firmly.
Make sure both ends of the silicone tube is correctly inserted into
the motor unit and flange cap.
Check if the valve is opened or damaged.
If the breast pump still cannot work even if after it is connected with
the power adapter, please contact the distributor or designated
maintenance shop.
Ensure that the nipple is aligned in the middle of the flange.
Start from level 1 and increase the level step by step, to find an
appropriate level for you.
Please stop pumping and obtain professional advice if the above
method cannot solve the problem.

Breast milk will expand after freezing, do not fill the feeding bottle or milk bag to the brim with milk,
please reserve at least 1/4 space for expansion.
Please indicate the milk pumping date/time on the milk bottle or milk bag.
To minimise nutrition loss, please thaw the frozen milk in the refrigerator compartment or put the
milk bottle/bag under running warm water with a temperature lower than 37˚C. After thawing, heat
the milk bottle/bag with milk inside under hot water of temperature lower than 50˚C. (You can use a
bottle warmer to thaw frozen milk as well).
Thawing breast milk with a microwave oven or under high temperature is not recommended.
Please swirl milk bottle/bag to mix the separated milk before feeding.
