Floor Scale Installation Manual

Place scale platform onto the base frame and verify pin alignment 

through the inspection holes in the base frame.  Orient the homerun 

cable cord grip with the notch cut into the side of the base frame. 

Watch for pinch points while installing the scale.

If permanently installing the scale, remove the scale platform from the 

frame to install anchor bolts.  

Important Note: Use only the supplied flat head countersink bolts and anchors to install the scale. Standard hex 

bolts will contact the scale platform and will cause inaccurate scale readings 

Assembling the Scale - Rocker Pin Suspension 

Place base frame onto the floor making sure the frame is level. Install pins into 

all four corners.

The rocker frame design does not allow for height adjustments. Temporarily 

place the scale onto the load pins to verify the scale does not rock from corner 

to corner. If adjustments are needed, temporarily install shims under the base 

frame to set the height, then fill area with epoxy grout making sure the area 

under the load pin and anchor points are supported.
