Description of the pressure cooker
The pressure-regulation valve for continuously-variable
cooking settings. The valve keeps the pressure and
temperature at the desired setting automatically:
Position I «gentle cooking»
(60 kPa) approx. 113 °C
Position II «fast cooking»
(100 kPa) ca. 120 °C
Position for gradual release of pressure
Position for cleaning the valve
Safety pressure amounts to 1.7 bar (170 kPa) (valve
opens and releases pressure), maximum permissible
pressure for this pressure cooker: 3.0 ba / 300kPa.
