SERVING/CLEARING
TROLLEY
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
en
Make sure the trolley is in a perfect condition before initial use. Check the standard castor brakes
to ensure full working order. You must not exceed the maximum permitted load for the trolley
and/or shelves. You will find these specifications on the rating plate or in the
ª
Chapter „Technical data“ on page 30
in these operating instructions.
General Information
The user must be aware of the hazards that the trolley poses and be able to assess them. Ob-
serve DGUV regulation 110-003 on working in kitchens and any applicable regional or country-
specific regulations when working with the trolley and accessory components.
The trolley may only be used by persons whose physical, sensory or mental abilities are not
subject to any restrictions relevant to operating the trolley. Use the trolley only when it is in proper
working order. If the trolley is damaged, secure it against accidental use and have repairs carried
out immediately by one of the authorised service points listed under Repairs.
Loading
All shelves are manufactured with an all-round raised profile edge. This hinders utensils being
carried from slipping off.
As a general rule, load the trolley in such a way that no utensils can fall off when it is in use or
being transported. Falling utensils can cause injuries. Always load the trolley from bottom to top
to keep the trolley's centre of gravity as low as possible.
Load-bearing capacities
You must not exceed the maximum permitted load for the trolley and/or shelves; otherwise, there
is a risk that the trolley may tip over and/or be damaged. A trolley and/or utensils tipping over can
cause injuries. You will find the maximum load on the rating plate or in the
ª
Chapter „Technical data“ on page 30
in these operating instructions.
Loading of attached parts
Model with sneeze guard
The optional sneeze guard must not be subjected to any load.
