If this system proves to be defective in materials or

workmanship within one year from the date of the

original purchase, we will, at our option, repair or re-

place the defective product.

AMERICA, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DIS-

SENTATION, WARRANTY OR COVENANT WITH

ELECTRONIC PRODUCT.

Exclusion of Certain Damages

B.I.C America’s liability for any defective product is

limited to repair or replacement of the product at our

option. B.I.C America shall not be liable for inciden-

tal or consequential damages of any kind or char-

acter because of product defects. Some states do

not allow limitations on how long an implied war-

ranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or lim-

itation of incidental or consequential damages, so

the above limitations and exclusions may not apply.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse, 

negligence, or improper operation.

• Products that have been altered or modified.

• Any product whose serial number has been 

altered, defaced, or removed.

• Normal wear and maintenance.

• Damages caused by shipping. 

(All claims for ship-

ping damage must be made with the carrier.)

All warranty repairs must be accompanied by

the original bill of sale. No other document is 

acceptable or required

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and

you may also have other rights which vary from

state to state.

Due to our continual efforts to improve product quality as new

technology and techniques become available, B.I.C America

reserves the right to revise specifications without notice.

Troubleshooting Guide

Once your WTR-SYS is set up, you should have many years of maintenance-free enjoyment from your

system. However, if you should encounter a problem, refer to the following guide to help you find the solu-

tion. If a problem persists, please contact 

B.I.C

Service at 877-558-4242, ext. #2.

Problem                    Solutions

a. Make sure both transmitter and receiver are connected 

to a power supply

b. Switch to supplied USB AC Adapter

a. Make sure your W-Transmitter and W-Receiver are both

set to the same channel

b. W-Receiver may be out of range. Try moving the receiver closer

a. Ensure that your source components are functioning properly 

b. Ensure that the audio levels are configured for audible output

(volume at source and/or destination may be muted or turned 

too low)
