
If you can find a Four Blade Prop you can skip
this step.
You can make a Four Blade Prop by notching a
Two Blade Prop on the Bottom Side of Center and
notching another Two Blade Prop on the Top Side
of Center as shown. Glue/epoxy the two props
together.
On this plane I used Two props (to
make One 4-blade prop) from Tower
Hobbies (www.towerhobbies.com).

Cut the Prop Spinner (

), Template # 24, Page 53,
from Can and shape it into a cone. Mark where you
want to trim it and make the slots for the Prop Blades.
Fix the Prop onto the prop shaft.
Be sure prop spins freely.
