7. REPAIRS
In the event of breakdown, contact your approved distributor or our
after-sales service directly.
All repairs must be carried out using manufacturer-certified parts and
subsets. Repairs must be carried out only by the technical service of an
approved dealer or by B.A. International service center.
For all overhauls or repairs, the device must be returned complete, clean
and sterile, with proof of sterilisation. It must be accompanied with a
document describing the problem encountered and containing the full
details of the user practitioner.
For warranty requests to be taken into consideration, please send a copy of
the invoice or delivery sheet with the device.
For all overhauls or repairs, please send the complete contra-angle.
Renewal of spare parts is guaranteed for 7 years after marketing of the
product stops.

9. WARRANTY
This device is guaranteed for parts and labour against all manufacturing
defects for a period of 12 months from date of invoice. This guarantee does
not apply to perishable parts or cover transport costs.
Carrying out an operation under guarantee does not extend the duration of
the guarantee.
For warranty requests to be taken into consideration, please return a copy
of the invoice or the delivery sheet with the device.
All alterations or additions to the product, made without the express
consent of B.A. International, will invalidate the guarantee.
