OVERVIEW
This Mainboard is a revolutionary high performance personal computer
mainboard. It is the ATX form-factor with the Socket 370 CPU connector
designed on the board for the Pentium™ !!! and Celeron™ processors. VIA
VT82C694X and VT82C686A chipsets are chosen as the system core logic of the
mainboard to give the most outstanding performance and reliability. VIA
VT82C694X is the energy efficient chipset and it supports the system front side
bus speed from 66MHz, 100MHZ to 133MHz for various Celeron™ and
Pentium™ !!! processors
VIA VT82C686A is a high integration, high integration, power-efficient and high
compatibility device which supports Intel and non-Intel processors to PCI bridge
functionality to make a complete PC99-compliant PCI/ISA system.
In order to give higher system speed and reliable stability, additional Vcore and
Front Side Bus (FSB) speed adjustment is introduced on the mainboard. Users
may use such functions to fine tune the CPU core voltage and FSB speed so that
the PC system can be running at higher speed with reliable compatibility.
There is the full featured AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port) slot designed on the
mainboard which supports the 4X AGP mode. When you have the AGP display
card which support the 4X display mode, it will enhance the system display
performance. There is also the 3D audio interface integrated on the mainboard. So
you do not have to invest any on the audio interface card. Simply have the speaker
connected to the audio connector (CN18) on the mainboard and you will have the
3D sound effect in your PC system.
