STEP #2: Place all posts in their proper locations. Attach a plastic
panel to the short welded frame, paying close attention to the
dragon/snake figure (see image). Place a bolt and washer through
a bolt cap and then through the Aztec panel and tabs on the frame
and out the back side of the panel. Then slide another cap and
washer over the bolt and hand tighten nut (see bolt configuration
image). Install hardware in all three holes on that panel.
STEP #3: Brace that frame (bracing example can be found on page 2 of these
instructions) and connect that panel to the bent vertical post
following the same bolt configuration in the previous steps.
STEP #4:
Repeat steps 2 and 3 using all illustrations as a
guide for the remaining posts and panels.
STEP #5: Plumb & level entire unit. Fully snug all fasteners. Push bolt
caps in to bolt covers. Pour Concrete with slight dome to ensure
proper drainage. Wait 48 hours before removing braces. Install
resilient safety surfacing.
STEP #6:
Attach Warning Label and Manufacturer’s Identification Label to a
clean surface. The Labels should be attached in a location where
they are clearly visible and legible and away from normal hand
