Safety Notes
Intended Use
This product is only for presentation of the Axor Starck Organic Basin
Mixer on trade fairs or exhibitions. The use in other application, e. g.
private household, is inadmissible.
It is not allowed to make arbitrary changes to this product!
Use the “Assortment display” only with Hansgrohe products!
The guarantee goes out with application of products of other
manufacturers!
Children as well as adults with physical, mental and/or sensoric
impairments must not use this shower system without proper
supervision. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are
prohibited from using this shower system.
A different or excessive use is considered non-intended. The user/
operator bears the sole risk. The intended use includes the adherence
to the operating instructions and the observance of the inspection and
maintenance guidelines.
The manufacturer/seller of the “Assortment display” does not assume
any responsibility for injuries or damage that may be caused by
improper installation or non-intended use.
Electrical installation
Electrician
Installation and tests are to be performed by an approved electrician,
taking VDE 0108-3 into account. It’s a Legal Requirement for the
Installation and wiring to conform to current IEE Electrical and
Building regulations.
Electrical connection
Voltage supply: 230 V/N/PE/50 - 60Hz
The “Axor Fontana 60 with Starck Organic” requires a good
accessible socket. Electrical socket installation must only be performed
by a qualified electrician. The complete power supply runs via a 230
V/50 Hz AC connection and must be protected by a 2-pole residual
current operated circuit breaker with 30 mA fault current.
Residual current protection system
The circuit must be protected via a ground fault protector (RCD / FI)
with a measured differential current of

30 mA.
The proper function of this protective device must be checked at
regular intervals.
Installation Instructions
• Any work may only be carried out in a de-energized state. Here, the
voltage supply must be safely separated via the main switch or mains
plugs.
• All components must remain accessible.
• After finishing assembling and positioning plug in the mains plug into
the power supply plug.
• A damaged connection cable cannot be replaced, only the manufac-
turer can do this.
• The floor’s carrying capacity must correspond to a load of
200 kg/m². The floor must be sufficiently leveled, i. e. it must be hori-
zontal and even.
• It is not allowed to connect parts of the displays firmly with part of the
building!
• It is not allowed to restrict or block escape routes!
• Protect from freezing!
• After installing the “Axor Fontana 60 with Starck Organic”, a leak test
must be performed.
• It must be confirmed the proper transfer of the installed fountain on the
respective page of the installation instructions.
• To save energy, please disconnect form power supply during night or
if the “Axor Fontana 60 with Starck Organic” is for longer time not in
use.
