AXIS T98A-VE Media Converter Cabinet A Series
See illustrations below for cable routing.
1. Route the network and power cables through the cabinet door and the camera bracket.
2. For variants using midspan: Connect the midspan (data and power out connection) to
the camera using the network cable that has been connected to the camera.
3. Connect the power cable from the media converter cabinet to the camera.
4. Connect the network cable from the media converter to the camera.
5. If available, use the safety wire delivered with the mounting bracket to prevent the
camera from falling.
6. Attach the camera to the cabinet door or, if applicable, to the camera bracket. See
Torque Specification on page 13
