• This model is suitable from 14 years of age. Flying the model requires
parental supervision.
• Keep your hands, face, hair and loose clothes away from the propeller.
• Turn off the remote control and model when they are not being used.
• Remove batteries from the controller when not in use.
• Always watch the model to make sure you do not lose control of it.
• We recommend using new alkaline-manganese batteries or rechargeable
batteries for the controller.
• Insert new batteries in the controller as soon as any function becomes
diminished.
• Keep these instructions for future reference.
• This model should only be used in accordance with these operating
instructions.
• Do not fly the aircraft near persons, animals, open water and power lines.
• This model is not suitable for people with physical or mental disabilities.
• We recommend that inexperienced pilots try the first flights under the
supervision of an experienced pilot.
• Do not charge non rechargeable batteries.
• Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the controller before charging.
• Do not use different types of batteries or mix old and new batteries.
• Only use the recommended batteries or batteries of an equivalent type.
• Insert batteries following the correct polarity (+ and -).
• Remove dead batteries from the controller.
• Do not short-circuit the supply terminals. Remove batteries from the
controller when it is not used for a long period of time.
The model has a rechargeable Li-Po battery.
Always maintain the safety precautions:
• Only use the supplied charger to recharge this battery.
• Always charge the battery on a fireproof surface and in a fire-resistant
environment.
• Never leave the battery unattended during the charging and discharging
processes.
• Always make sure that the battery is fully charged.
• The contacts must never be disconnected or short-circuited.
• Never disassemble or alter the battery contacts. Do not damage or puncture
the battery’s cells due to risk of explosion!
• Keep the battery out of the reach of children.
• Never carry out any modifications or alterations to the product as this may
result in damage or injury.
• Always switch off the model and controller after use to avoid any unintended
operation and discharge of the batteries.

ervaren piloot uit te voeren.
• Nooit niet heroplaadbare batterijen opladen
• Heroplaadbare batterijen moeten uit de zender genomen worden alvorens te laden.
• Gebruik nooit verschillende types of oude en nieuwe batterijen door elkaar
• Gebruik enkel geschikte batterijen
• Let steeds op de polariteit van de batterijen ( + en -)
• Verwijder slechte en/of lege batterijen uit de zender
• Maak nooit kortsluiting. Verwijder de batterijen als de zender voor een
langere periode niet gebruikt wordt.
Dit model is uitgerust met een Li-Po batterij.
Volg altijd de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften:
• Gebruik enkel de bijgeleverde lader om de batterij op te laden.
• Steeds de batterij laden op een brandbestendig oppervlak en in een
brandveilige omgeving.
• Het laadproces steeds in het oog houden.
• Vergewis u er steeds van dat de batterij volledig geladen is.
• De contacten nooit loskoppelen of kortsluiten.
• Nooit de batterijcontacten losmaken of demonteren. De batterij niet
beschadigen of doorboren, dit kan tot explosiegevaar leiden.
• Houdt de batterij steeds buiten het bereik van kinderen.
• Nooit modificaties of veranderingen aan dit product aanbrengen. Dit kan
leiden tot schade of verwondingen en/of letsels
• Altijd het model en de zender uitschakelen na gebruik om eventuele
accidentele werking te vermijden en de batterijen niet in diepontlading te
laten gaan.
WEEE: At the end of this device’s useful life, please remove all the batter-
ies and dispose of them separately. Take electrical appliances to the local
collection points for waste electrical and electronic equipment. Other
components can be disposed of in domestic refuse. Thank you for your
co-operation!
WEEE: Aan het einde van de levenscyclus van het product, gelieve de
batterijen te verwijderen en deze gescheiden weg te werpen. Het product
bij uw lokaal collectiepunt voor elektrisch afval en elektrische toestellen
inleveren. Andere componenten mogen met het huisvuil meegegeven
worden. Wij danken u voor uw medewerking.
AFWIJZING VAN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID / SCHADEVERGOEDING
Als fabrikant, heeft AXION RC geen invloed op de manier waarop u het model
bouwt en hanteert, noch hoe u componenten van de zendinstallatie installeert,
bedient en onderhoudt.
Daarom zijn wij genoodzaakt elke verantwoordelijkheid af te wijzen voor verlies,
beschadiging of kosten die het gevolg zijn van onbekwaam of onjuist gebruik
en bediening van onze produkten, of die daarmee op gelijk welke wijze in
verband gebracht worden.
Tenzij het anders voorgeschreven wordt door de wet terzake, is de verplichting
van de firma AXION RC om een vergoeding uit te betalen, onafhankelijk van de
wettelijke voorschriften, beperkt tot de handelswaarde van orignele AXION RC-
produkten die betrokken zijn in de gebeurtenis die de schade veroorzaakte. Dit
geldt niet wanneer de firma AXION RC door de wet aansprakelijk zou gesteld
worden voor opzettelijke of grove nalatigheid.
LIABILITY EXCLUSION / COMPENSATION
As manufacturers, we at AXION RC are not in a position to influence the way
you build and set up the model, nor how you install, operate and maintain the
radio control system components. For this reason we are obliged to deny all
liability for loss, damage or costs which are incurred due to the incompetent or
incorrect use and operation of our products, or which are connected with such
operation in any way.
Unless otherwise prescribed by binding law, the obligation of the AXION RC
company to pay compensation, regardless of the legal argument employed, is
limited to the invoice value of that quantity of AXION RC products which was
immediately and directly involved in the event which caused the damage. This
does not apply if AXION RC is found to be subject to unlimited liability accord-
ing to binding legal regulation on account of deliberate or gross negligence.
