SBC84500 User’s Manual 

2.3.6  Serial Ports +5V and +12V Power Selection: 

JP13, JP15, JP14, JP16 

The four COM ports have +5V/+12V power capability on Pin 1 (+5V) and 
Pin 8 (+12V) or Pin 9 (+12V), depending on the jumper selection. The 
RS-232’s pin assignments are listed.
