Water Collector

There may be condensation on the inner glass in some cases 

depending on the food. 

This is not a product malfunction. 

"Open oven door to the first opening 

position

(approximately 20 to 30 degrees)

 and stay at that 

position for 20 seconds. 

Water drips to collector. 

Cool the oven and wipe with a dry towel. That procedure must 

apply regularly.
