Basic Operations
Powering the AutoView Wireless Switch
To power the AutoView
Wireless switch:
1.
Complete all of the installation steps in Chapter 2.
2.
Power up the AutoView Wireless transmitters and wait for the LED mark
S2
to illuminate.
3.
Power up the monitors attached to the AutoView Wireless receivers.
4.
Power up the AutoView Wireless receivers.
5.
Power up the attached computers.
NOTE:
Always power up the AutoView Wireless transmitter and wait for the middle LED marked S2
to illuminate
before powering up any attached computers.
LEDs
Both the AutoView Wireless transmitter and receiver contain three LEDs visible from the front of
each unit. The LEDs are labeled on the unit.
