Observe low level distortion products in the skirts of the output spectrum of the QPA9903 power amplifier.
Clearly the input level into the PA is causing non-linear behavior as the amplifier approaches saturation.

Reduce the input level into the PA by typing ‘

a

’ at the terminal command line, followed by a carriage return,

then enter the value ‘

127

’ to increase the attenuation and decrease the signal power entering the PA by

1.65 dB. Press ‘single capture’ to observe the PA now operating in the linear region.

This concludes experiment 2.
