Commissioning

WARNING

The machine must be taken into service by expert personnel strictly complying with these
instructions.

2.1

Unpacking

Required tools:

Scissors/side cutter

Size-14 spanner

Size-25 spanner

Cut the packing tape and remove the carton.

Carefully remove the protective foil from the ADS 340

Use the scissors/side cutter to cut the four zip ties used to additionally secure the ADS 340
to the pallet.

WARNING

Crushing hazard

AVL DiTEST ADS 340 may tilt and fall off the pallet.
Carefully lift the AVL DiTEST ADS 340 off the pallet with the help of a 2

person.

2.2

Installation location / stability

WARNING

Make sure that the AVL DiTEST ADS 340:

▪

is standing horizontally and stable

▪

is in a room with adequate ventilation and air exchange

▪

has a minimum distance of 10 cm to other objects

▪

is protected from rain, humidity, direct sunlight and/or excessive dust

▪

is not operated in an explosive environment
