LIMITED WARRANTY
Aviva Sports, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser only and warrants only when products are
used for normal recreational purposes. Aviva Sports, Inc. warrants that products are free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 Year under Commercial Use and 5 Years
under Residential use from the date of purchase from an Authorized AVIVA Dealer. All claims must
be made in writing in the form of email, fax, or mail. A legible copy of dated sales receipt and the
part and/or item to be warranted are required for all claims.
Aviva Sports shall inspect all warranty claims and in the event of a defect will repair or replace the
defective part or entire product. All requests for cash refund must be requested through original
place of purchase. Please Note: Postage, handling and return shipping charges are not refundable
and not included in this warranty.
The purchaser must obtain from Aviva Sports a return merchandise authorization number before
returning any item. All items shipped to AVIVA without an RMA # will be refused.

All warranty claims must be made in writing.
Once an authorization number has been obtained, the purchaser must ship the product,
POSTAGE PREPAID, with a legible copy of the purchasing receipt to:

This warranty does NOT cover:
• Products used under circumstances not considered normal recreational purposes.
• Punctures, cuts, and abrasions sustained in normal use.
• Items involved in accidents.
• Items damaged in white water mishaps.
• Other unreasonable uses or improper storage.
• Damaged caused by over inflation.
Aviva Sports, Inc. shall within thirty (30) days from receipt of an authorized return from purchaser,
perform its responsibilities in conformance with this warranty.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FACE
HEREOF. AVIVA SPORTS INC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL AND
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS INCLUSIVE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
