This wire supplies a (-) 500mA ground as long as the
system is locked. This output ceases as soon as the
system is unlocked. This wire can be connected to an
optional Directed 8618 starter kill relay or to another
option such as a 529t or a 530t power window controller.
Note: If using the H1/16 Orange wire to activate an add-
on accessory such as window automation, or voice
module - combined with an optional starter relay, a 1-
Amp diode must be installed to ensure proper opera-
tion. Insert the diode as shown the the following
diagram.
