Sending Emails
1.
Place your document(s) face up in the ADF or face down on the glass.
2.
Press the
key. The LCD displays the Email screen.
From:
Subj:
To:
CC:
BCC:
Memo:
You can temporarily select your scanning resolution between
Fine
(75 dpi, 100 dpi, 150 dpi, 200 dpi, 300 dpi, 400 dpi)
and
Super
Fine (100 dpi, 150 dpi, 200 dpi,300 dpi, 400 dpi, 600 dpi)
by
pressing the
Menu
button and selecting
then
Fine
Resolution
or
S. Fine Resolution
.
Or you can press the
F. Resolution
button on the control panel to
enable the default Fine Resolution value.
3.
Enter your email address manually with the keyboard.
Or select the email address from the address book via the
button and the
button.
4.
Enter your e-mail message with the keyboard.
5.
Press the
key to send your document(s) in black and white.
Or press the
key to send your document(s) in color.
