Speak and then Send a Fax
Important!
It may be possible that faxes will reach unintended recipients due to the
misdialing or incorrect registration of fax/telephone numbers. When you
send important documents, it is recommended that you send them after
speaking on the telephone.
The operating steps to speak and then send a fax
：
1.
Make sure the device is connected to a working telephone set and that
your receipient’s fax machne is connected with a telephone set.
2.
Pick up the handset and then dial the receipient’s telephone number.
3.
When the conversation is over, press the
「
Start
」
button
.
4.
LCD displays the following screen.

To send fax: press 1, to receive fax: press 2.
6.
The receipient choose [Receive] and then hang down the handset.
7.
Hang down your handset.
8.
When the transmission is OK, the LCD screen returns to the ready
status.
Send: 1
Receive: 2
