Telnet
IP Power 9258 HP can be controlled by using Telnet.
To use Telnet:
1.) Open “Command Prompt” in windows.
2.) Type telnet and the IP address of your device
3.) Type in the login and password to the 9258 HP then hit enter. The text “

correct
” will appear if you have entered the login and password correctly
