Align the wheel pant and tape it 
into place. Then hold the wheel 
pant and drill the center hole 
through the landing gear.

 

 
Take a smaller drill bit and drill  
through the holes in the landing 
gear.   Then place blind nuts on 
the inside of the wheel pant. 

 
 When the wheel pant is finished 
it should look like this.
