3.8.4 Voice-operated menu
You can select, activate and deactivate the language in which you want to listen to
the announcements in your voicebox.
If the language you have selected is deactivated you will hear the announcements
in the language set up for the system by your system administrator.
You will hear a message that informs you whether your voicebox language is
activated or deactivated.
Dial the number of the voice server: _ _ _ _ (for example, 1016)
Enter 4-digit PIN
Set up voice mail box
Voice-operated menu

Press to activate or deactivate the voicebox language. The
system will inform you of the current status. The function changes
each time you press .

automatically back to the start of the "Set up voicebox" menu
Select a language, e.g. for English.
Afterwards automatically back to the start of the "Set up voicebox" menu
or press to return to the previous menu
3.8.5 Changing your PIN
Dial the number of the voice server: _ _ _ _ (for example, 1016)
Enter 4-digit PIN
Set up voice mail box
Go to “Change PIN”
Enter NEW 4-digit PIN, and press # to confirm your entry
Enter the NEW 4-digit PIN, confirm with #.
You will hear ashort acknowledgement tone once you have entered
the correct PIN, afterwards you will hear the previous menu
Return to previous menu, cancel input
Note: If you have changed your PIN and want to reset your new PIN back to
your old one, you must first enter a PIN that is not identical to either the
old PIN or the one that is currently in use,
e.g. 4711
