Transport position
Keep the loader stable. Always transport the
attachment as low and close to the ground as
possible.
If the side shift adapter can be coupled to the loader
so that the attachment is in the middle position,
always set it in this position before driving over longer
distances.
Drive slow when the attachment is in side shift
position.
6.5
Uncoupling and storage
Uncouple and store the attachment on level ground. The best way to store the attachment is a place where it
is protected from direct sunlight, rain, and extreme temperatures.
Avoid leaving the attachment laying directly on the ground. Place it on blocks of wood or on a pallet, for
example.
Make sure that the attachment is secured against all movements during storage.
Never climb on the attachment.
CAUTION
Risk of impact and crushing of feet and legs - Side shift adapter may cause the
attachment to tip over when coupled to an attachment during storage.
The side shift
adapter should not be uncoupled from the loader when an attachment is coupled to it. All
light weight attachments, such as buckets and pallet forks, must be uncoupled from the
side shift adapter to ensure the stability of the attachment during storage.
