Designed purpose of use
This AVANT Site toolbox is an attachment that is suitable for use with AVANT compact loaders that are shown
in Table 1. The Site toolbox is intended for storing tools and supplies needed at a work site. The lid can be
locked with a pad lock. The toolbox can be coupled directly to Avant loaders with quick coupling, and it can be
handled easily with pallet forks.
Site toolbox is equipped with removable lifting points to make it a complete mobile storage utility. It can be
moved to a more secure location for overnight storage, and it can also be locked on the Avant loader. The flat
reinforced cover can be used as a workbench and a screw clamp can be also be mounted on the box.
All of the Avant handheld powertools and their basic accessories fit in the toolbox simultaneously. The toolbox
is not intended for transporting or storing of bulk materials. The maximum allowed load must be observed. It
must never be used as a working platform or to lift or transport persons.
The Site toolbox is not designed for any other use than what is specified in this manual and must not be used
for any other purposes than what is intended for.
The attachment has been designed to require as little maintenance as possible. The operator can perform
regular maintenance tasks. All repair work can’t be performed by the operator, and demanding repair and
maintenance operations are to be left for professional technicians. All maintenance work must be done using
proper safety equipment. Spare parts must be identical with original specifications, which can be ensured by
using only original spare parts. A separate spare parts catalogue may be available, consult your Avant dealer.
