1.0 INTRODUCTION
Thanks for purchasing this product from the AV Toolbox Division of TV One. The
AVT-3310 Video to PC Up Converter is designed to convert interlaced NTSC or
PAL Video––S-Video or Composite Video format––to SVGA, XGA or SXGA
resolutions which allows the viewing of standard television images on your PC
monitor. Sophisticated 3D adaptive processing of the input signal provides a
sharp and clear image on the computer monitor. This is but one of our complete
range of video and audio products.
