4. INSTALACIÓN / PUESTA EN MARCHA
Inspección preliminar
Desembale la centrífuga, retire el plástico que lo envuelve y quite la protección de
poliespán en que viene encajado.
Sin conectar el equipo a la red eléctrica, asegúrese de que no presenta ningún daño debi-
do al transporte. De ser así, comuníquelo inmediatamente a su distribuidor a fin de poder
hacer las reclamaciones pertinentes en el plazo establecido por el servicio de transporte.
Las devoluciones de equipos se podrán efectuar dentro de los 15 días posteriores al
envío y siempre que vengan completos en su embalaje original con todos los accesorios y
documentos incluidos
Compruebe los accesorios que usted debe recibir junto al equipo:
- Cabezal hematocrito
- Cabezal de tiras
- Cabezal angular 6 tubos
- Cabezal angular 4 tubos
- Adaptadores de tubos
- Llaves allen
- Cable de conexión a red eléctrica
- Manual de instrucciones
- Lector microhematocrito
Instalación
Antes de comenzar a utilizar el instrumento, es conveniente familiarizarse con sus com-
ponentes y fundamentos básicos, así como con las funciones de sus controles.
LEA DETALLADAMENTE ESTE MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE
OPERAR CON ESTE EQUIPO CON EL FIN DE OBTENER LAS MÁXIMAS PRES-
TACIONES Y UNA MAYOR DURACIÓN DEL MISMO.
Coloque la centrífuga sobre una mesa horizontal y estable, dejando a su alrededor el
espacio de trabajo necesario.
Establezca todas las medidas requeridas por la normativa vigente en materia de segu-
ridad e higiene en el trabajo (dispositivos de seguridad eléctrica, productos inflamables,
tóxicos y/o patológicos, etc.).
No coloque el equipo en zonas próximas a fuentes de calor (mecheros, sopletes...), mate-
rial magnético o lo exponga directamente a la luz del sol, etc.
Queda absolutamente prohibida la presencia de productos inflamables (gases y líqui-
dos) en el lugar de trabajo.
Las condiciones ambientales requeridas son: temperatura ambiente de 5 a 35ºC, presión
atmosférica: 70 to 106 kPa y humedad relativa: 30 a 85 %.

Operation
To open the lid, press the [Open] button. Place the needed rotor and fixe it to the shaft
with the allen wrench.
Attention: Be sure to seat and secure the right rotor properly before operation.
Improperly installed rotor may come off the motor shaft and may injure someone.
Connect the centrifuge to the net and turn the power on.
To load tubes on the rotor place them symmetrically into the rotor. Imbalance load will
significantly reduce the life of the motor and centrifuge. In severe case, imbalances may
damage the centrifuge and injure the operator.
Once the tubes are load, close the lid firmly. Be sure that is completely closed before run-
ning the centrifuge.
Use the [
˄
] and [
˅
] buttons to set the work speed. LED display will show the selected
speed (1000x rpm).
Press [ ] and the centrifuge will run.
Note: When the centrifuge is running, the speed can not be modified.
To stop the centrifuge press [ ] button, and the rotor will stop in some seconds.
Pressing the [open] button, the rotor automatically will stop.
When the rotor has stopped spinning, open the lid and remove the tubes.
To turn the power off switch the button off and disconnect from the net.
Security
The centrifuge must be used by previously qualified staff that knows how the equip-
ment works thanks to the user manual.
You should put the centrifuge in a horizontal plane stable table, having a safety area of
at least 30 cm per side.
Follow all required applicable laws about safety and health (electrical security devices,
inflammable, toxic and/or pathological products, etc.).
Do not place the centrifuge near any warm supply (burners, blowlamps, etc), nor expo-
