Why does not the meter need control solu�on?

The meter had been corrected before shipment. No need control solu�on to correct again.

Why the meter is not turned on a�er I insert the test strip or code chip?

a. The test strip or code chip is not completely inserted into the test strip port;

b. The test strip is not inserted with the white side facing up. The code chip is not inserted with the

arrow side facing up;

c. No ba�eries inside;

d. The ba�eries are not inserted correctly;
