Step 7: Connect Breathing Circuit to Airway
Connect SAVe II+ breathing circuit to the patient airway. This should cause the audio
disconnect alarm to stop and for the DISCONNECT visual alarm to stop blinking and
stay lit for 30 seconds. The PIP Reached visual alarm should also stop blinking and
stay lit for 30 seconds.
Verify air is being delivered to patient by adequate chest rise.
