9.2
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS BEFORE USE
ALWAYS FOLLOW THE SPECIFIC INTERNAL SAFETY
PROCEDURES ISSUED BY THE USER.
IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS CHAPTER THE
REFERENCE NUMBER OF THE DEVICES ARE
REFERRED TO THE PREVIOUS CHAPTER 9.2.
Before using the lift, the person in charge for positioning the lift should check the following:
1. The efficiency of the safety devices described in chapter 4 of this manual;
2. The status of charge of the battery in the display;
To check the status of charge of the battery is enough
to check the lighting of the light switches placed on the
display.
The maximum battery charge is indicated by all the
light switches on.
The light switches turn off one by one until it remains
switched on the last one, on the left of the display to
indicate the minimum charge.
3.
The correct operation of the wheels.
To carry out this check, release the brake of the rear wheels, push forward and backward the lift of one meter
approx. and then let it make a sudden turn right and left and observe that do not happen lockings, noise, or jerks
produced by the wheels.
When only few or one light switch is on, put in charge the batteries.
