WARNING:
Cover must be removed when burner is in operation.
This appliance is equipped with a battery operated electric ignitor. Be
aware and look for proof of ignition spark. If there is no ignition spark
replace battery or light pilot manually.
2. Check all connections for leaks
( see page 9 for instructions on leak
testing).
3. Rotate the control knob to 12 o’clock
to locate pilot. Depress control knob to
release gas to the pilot. While
depressing the control knob, press the
igniter button with the other hand,
listen for a clicking sound and watch for
ignition flame in pilot box.
5. Slowly turn control knob towards 9
o’clock for desired flame height ( see
image below)
