Problem

Gas supply is turned off.
Gas supply connection is loose.

LP Gas supply is not completely

Solution

Turn on LP gas supply.
Properly connect the LP gas supply as described in the
section
“Connecting to the LP Gas Supply”
.

Fully open LP gas supply.
Turn front of grill away from wind or increase flame
height.
Fully open LP gas supply.
Clean grill.
Trim fat from meat before grilling.
Turn Control Knob “Off” then disconnect the LP gas supply.
Open Hood carefully and let fire burn out. After the grill
cools, remove and clean all parts.
