1. Ensure that the power cord is disconnected from the power outlet.

2. Align misting fan pole to the base hole to the front direction of the base.    Gently push the hose and

power cable of the air pump aside and press the mist fan pole until the screw hole is aligned. (fig. 1).
Make sure you do not

kink

 the hose in this process.

3. Fasten the misting fan pole assembly to the power base assembly with the two screws (fig.1).
4. Fasten the misting fan pole assembly to the power base assembly with the pole screw (fig.2).
5. Loosen the pole lock knob and pull the inner pole out. Tighten the lock knob and attach the mist fan

assembly to the inner center pole and fasten screw knob (fig. 3).

6.  Disassemble  the  rear  misting  fan  guard  nut

  (rotate  counterclockwise)

and  the  misting  fan  blade  nut

(rotate clockwise)

from the misting fan head assembly (fig.4).

7. Align the rear fan guard hole to the three pins on the motor housing, and fasten the rear fan guard to

the fan head assembly with the rear fan guard nut (figure 5).

8. Mount the fan blade to the fan motor shaft (fig.6).    Make sure the fan blade gap aligns with the pin clip
on the motor shaft and then screw on the blade nut (fig.7). Mount the front guard and tighten all the hinges
around outer rims of the fan guard (figures 8 & 9).
9.  Connect  nozzle  housing  by  gently  sliding  the  nozzle  housing  into  the  holder  on  the  front  fan  guard

(fig.10)

10. Connect the air and water tubes to the connectors on the misting fan pole assembly. The water is the

smaller tube. Make sure the tube is pushed all the way into the connector, and then make the electrical
connection (fig.11)
