specify that the backlight should always remain on, choose ‘On’.
Power-on level
1. Press and hold the Menu button on main unit or remote control and turn
and press the Select dial to select ‘Main Menu’.

Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose ‘System settings’ >
‘Backlight’.
3.
Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose ‘Power-On Level’.
4.
Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose between ‘High’, ‘Medium’
or ‘Low’.
Standby level
1. Press and hold the Menu button on main unit or remote control and turn
and press the Select dial to select ‘Main Menu’.

Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose ‘System settings’ >
‘Backlight’.
3.
Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose ‘Standby Level’.
4.
Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose between ‘High’,
‘Medium’, ‘Low’.
Carrying out a factory reset
Resetting removes all presets, stored stations, alarms and resets all other
options to default settings.
1. Press and hold the Menu button on main unit or remote control and turn
and press the Select dial to select ‘Main Menu’.
2.
Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose ‘System settings’ >
‘Factory Reset’.
3.
Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to select ‘Yes’ to reset factory
settings. Select ‘No’ if you do not want to reset to factory settings.
DAB settings
Manual tuning
To manually check the signal strength of a known channel:
1. Press and hold the Menu button on main unit or remote control and turn
and press the Select dial to select ‘Main Menu.
2.
Turn and press the NAVIGATE dial to choose ‘Manual tune’.
3.
Turn and press the NAVIGATE dial or use the <OK> buttons on
the remote control to choose the channel that the radio station is
broadcasting on.
4. Press the Menu button to return to the main menu.
