Problem Possible Cause and Solution Approach

Make sure that the plug of the power supply unit
is connected correctly.
The unit may malfunction when used in areas
with strong radio interference. The unit will
operate properly again when interference is
eliminated.
No power. Make sure that the AC adapter plug is properly
connected.
No sound or playback
too quiet.
Press the mute button to turn the sound back on
or turn up the volume control.
No signal or signal
loss in DAB/FM mode.
Check that the antenna is installed correctly or
move the antenna. Make sure that the antenna
is completely extended.
Move the radio to another location.
Electromagnetic
interference.
The normal operation of the product may
be disturbed by strong electromagnetic
interference. If this is the case, reset the product
to factory settings and start it again. If the
function cannot be resumed, please use the
product in another location.
