Dial a Telephone Number out of the Telephone Book
The telephone book is good for entering useful or often dialed telephone numbers
together with the name. You can directly enter these telephone numbers with name in
the telephone (see
) or you can transfer the short-code dial numbers of the PBX
into the telephone with the help of the PC program COMtools. (The quantity of entries is
dependent on the firmware version of the handset.) All entries are displayed in an alpha-
betical order. You can search for the entries by scrolling or by entering the initial

) and directly dial the displayed telephone number out of the telephone book.
